EnStream is a Canada-wide provider of mobile payment solutions for wireless operators. The company provides user-friendly services to make it easier for consumers to perform transactions with their mobile device. EnStream’s core service is Zoompass – an easy-to-use way to send and receive money instantly and securely using a mobile phone.
As a joint venture between Rogers, Bell and Telus with the CEOs of all three companies on its board, EnStream counts the 90,000-plus unionized employees of Canada’s largest telecom providers as its internal stakeholders.
As a mobile commerce provider, EnStream operates in a complex stakeholder environment, dealing with banks, credit card providers and telecom companies in a highly regulated market as part of its core service.
EnStream engaged Thornley Fallis & 76design in early 2009 to manage the social media and public relations aspects of the launch of EnStream’s core service, Zoompass; work which is ongoing. This involves working as close partners with EnStream’s advertising agency throughout the process to ensure a seamless approach across communications channels.
As part of this process, Thornley Fallis & 76design designed and developed a blog and a social media newsroom for Zoompass.
