Jennifer Gordon

Account Director

Jennifer Gordon is passionate about engaging with clients to define how to achieve their business objectives through smart and relevant communication planning.

Jennifer’s philosophy is to blend the science of rigorous project management with the art of thoughtful and creative strategic planning. Her unique blend of witty personality, management of diverse skill sets, education and experience lends her a formidable advantage in keeping clients happy, no matter what kind of obstacles may arise.

With over seven years experience in communication, Jennifer brings ensures the seamless integration of strategic and creative talent while also keeping a close watch on the management of project plans, work streams, and resources. In her role as Account Director, Jennifer manages day-to-day relationships and delivers Thornley Fallis’ services to achieve our clients’ business strategies and objectives.

Jennifer has substantial health, government and corporate communications background and has lent her project management expertise to a number of campaigns. Her current and past clients include, Pfizer Canada, Allstate Insurance Company of Canada, Health Council of Canada, Andrew Richard Designs, Longo’s, Herbal Magic and Hay Group.

Before joining Thornley Fallis, Jennifer worked with HealthForceOntario Marketing and Recruitment Agency (HFO) as the Senior Coordinator for Strategic Marketing and Outreach. While there, she was responsible for not only creating awareness programs and increasing the profile of the Agency, but also promoting Ontario to health care providers and establishing relationships and partnerships with Ontario stakeholders.

Prior to this, Jennifer worked at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care as the Executive Assistant to the Director for Health Human Resources Planning and as the Communications Coordinator for the Women’s Health Secretariat.

Jennifer has volunteered her time for Fashion Cares, Future Possibilities for Kids, Leadership Sinai and the Women’s Health Matters Forum and Expo. She was also a guest lecturer for the Internal Communications class at Seneca College and served as a member of the 2008 Seneca Grad Student Corporate Communications Advisory board.

Jennifer graduated from York University and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Most recently, she completed the Seneca College Corporate Communications program and she regularly attends professional development seminars and workshops.
